What I love most about Dreamworld is the realness of it. Just listening to the bluesy instrumental transports me back to the glory days of Motown. Beyond that, the lyrics are like a page right out of Thicke's own life. You can hear this track on his latest album, Something Else. Initially I wasn't feelin' this song when I heard his album, but there's an intimacy to this video that brings the whole concept to life, and the performance clips seem very genuine so it's grown on me.
