Shouts to the lovely ladies doin it big over at MyMoodIsMusic, which is where I first saw this video. I hope they don't kill me for what I'm about to say... First, I love Chrisette Michele, she's an amazing vocalist but I don't feel like she did the song justice. For me, the best rendition of Don't Speak would have to go to Ms. Leela James (listen below), from her debut album A Change Is Gonna Come. She laid the song completely out. Still, I've got MUCH love for Chrisette Michele and hers was a good cover.

I'm torn on this one because I have always loved Leela James version from the beginning. I love it better than the damn original. But you cannot deny that Chrisette did her thing on this one. I think I am undecided because Leela and Chrisette both have similair voices. I just cant choose who did it best...
