Soooo... by now we all know about the latest Kantrum on the VMA's: Kanye West robbed Taylor Swift of her shine by taking the mic in the middle of her acceptance speech and declaring Beyonce as the more deserving winner for Best Female Video. Tonight, he took to the stage on Jay Leno's new show flanking Jay-Z and Rihanna for a performance of their smash hit Run This Town, but decided to take a few minutes to sit down with Leno and apologize to Taylor Swift.
I won't call this a publicity stunt, I won't say it wasn't genuine, I won't even applaud Leno for the gut punch. I do, however think Kanye needs a moment of clarity: he's dealt with a lot in his personal life. Or maybe that's the problem, maybe he hasn't dealt with it. Either way, this needs to stop.

Um...I'm sorry. I don't buy his apology, not for one bit. He's constantly shooting his mouth off about how much better he is than everyone. He blatantly ran up on stage and stole the spotlight from someone, the best part is that he WAS NOT even up for the award this go around. He just felt like injecting himself into someone else's moment to shine. To me, that is rude, disgusting, and downright disrespectful.
However, I think the emotion he showed when Jay flipped the script and asked what his MOM would think of his actions was real. You can tell he's going through some sh*t, rightly so, anyone would with the passing of a parent, but still, I don't think his loss should ever justify his behavior (or anyone's for that matter.)
